Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
